Former member of the group 2AM, singer IM SEUL ONG caused a car accident with a pedestrian on the night of August 1st. The pedestrian didn’t survive his injuries while being transported to hospital, Jellyfish Entertainment is speaking out.

We would like to tell you about the Lim Seul Ong’s car crash.
First of all, we would like to offer our deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
On August 1st, Im Seul Ong was driving his car in a car accident in the rain. There was a collision at a crosswalk. Im Seul Ong was immediately evacuated from the crash site shortly after the crash, but unfortunately the victim died while being taken to hospital.
Im Seul Ong was investigated at the police station as a result of the proceedings and has since been sent home in serious shock.
We ask you to understand that we cannot reveal the details and the results of the police investigation on this matter are not accurate.
However, we know how painful it will be for the bereaved family of the victim and we apologize to them.
Once again, we pray for the peaceful rest of the deceased victim and express our deepest condolences, once again to the bereaved family.

먼저 사망사고와 관련해 피해자분께 삼가 고인의 명복을 빌며, 유가족분들에게 깊은 애도의 마음을 전합니다.
지난 1일 임슬옹은 자신의 차량을 운전하던 중 빗길 교통사고가 발생하게 되었습니다. 주행을 하던 도중 횡단하던 보행자와 충돌이 있었습니다. 임슬옹은 사고 직후 현장에서 구호조치를 곧바로 취했으나, 안타깝게도 피해자가 병원으로 이송도중 사망하게 되었습니다.
임슬옹은 절차에 따라 경찰서 조사를 받았으며, 이후 귀가 조치된 상태이나 심신의 심각한 충격을 받은 상황입니다.
현재 본 사안에 대한 경찰 조사 결과가 정확하게 나오지 않아 세부적인 내용을 밝혀드릴 수 없는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
다만 피해자 유족분들의 마음이 얼마나 아플지 잘 알고 있으며 유족분들에게 깊은 사죄의 말씀을 드립니다.
