“He has denied these charges, but given the credibility of various evidence and victim impact statements, he is found guilty of the charges,” the court said.
HIMCHAN released a single on October 25th, 2020, while the trial was ongoing, but the next day, October 26th, 2020, he was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol near Hakdong Saul-ri, Dosan-daero , Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The trial therefore ends for the former member of the group B.A.P, who will have to carry out the sentence.
