Back with his new single, LAMBC is here!
On February 19 at noon, the new single by singer-songwriter LAMBC was released. It’s his second single since releasing “Emotional” in January. LAMBC, who does everything from songwriting to mixing, is a talented musician and also a proficient producer in the South Korean music industry. The elegant melody and its flawless self-production show the standard of self-reliant musicians.
“When My Heart Breaks” is a pop/rock genre track that mixes a deep rhythm part and a restrained but cutting performance with its harmonies. The song gives a different feel to his previous songs like ‘Love Like That”, which has garnered over two million views on YouTube, and ‘Childish, which features sweet melodies and lyrics. It may be a little disappointing for listeners who expected music similar to that of his earlier works, but the catharsis, which is felt after hearing a finished work, is also a necessary change for both the artist than for listeners.
The clip for the single, which can be found on YouTube, was also specially produced. According to HAPPY ROBOT RECORDS, the clip was filmed using the chromatic method using green screen, and was directed by LAMBC himself, who paid attention to the small details of the clip.
