Group LOVELYZ member LEE MIJOO said she had recently changed her name.
LEE MIJOO appeared as Special DJ on SBS Power FM’s “Cultwo Show” on March 9th.
When asked if MIJOO was her real name, LEE MIJOO replied, “It’s not my real name,” adding, “I changed my name from MIJOO to SEUNGAH a few years ago.”
Regarding the reason for the name change, she explained, “My mother said she had to go somewhere, and change the name.”
As to why she still uses MIJOO as her stage name, she said, “I work as a MIJOO in the company. So let’s go.”
LEE MIJOO said, “People around me don’t call me SEUNGAH. Neither do my friends. I’m going to be called MIJOO,” she said, drawing in laughter.
