This May 24th, the track « Love scenario » has reached 500 million views, an important achievement for the group IKON. Besides, some members have shared this poster to celebrate this important milestone!
A first for the group who have been rejoicing on social networks about them.
The track being released three years ago, on January 25th, 2018, « Love scenario » quickly became a reference among fans but not only among them! The song has become iconic in the k-pop community, practically everyone knows it.
This fame has grown so much that it has even gone out of the fans way, landing in everyday life. It had a real impact on the youngest, even heard in kindergartens!
One person compiled videos where teachers or parents were showing their students or children interpreting this song with affection.
This fondness can be explained by the simple lyrics and a rather soothing melody, although you wouldn’t know it from the children’s voices that rise up every time the song is played.
Of course, it may remind the same excitement with the legendary song « Ring ding dong » of the group SHINEE, which was once banned in schools because it prevented students from concentrating during exams or their studies in general.
« Love scenario » has become an iconic song for IKONICS (the name of the group fans) as well as for the community interested in Korea or simply in the « korean pop » style.
