TEAM WANG and RYCE Entertainment announce a strategic music partnership at a global scale.
On May 21st, TEAM WANG and RYCE Entertainment announced a music partnership for production, distribution, publishing and artist management at a global scale.
RYCE Entertainment was founded by Daryl K, a music producer that has been involved in the entertainment industry for many years now, and was officially announced on May 17th. It has already engaged in the promotion of many artists such as Amber Liu who recently released her EP “y?“. As for TEAM WANG, JACKSON has created the label in 2017 to start his solo career in China, before expanding and diversifying to other activities such as fashion. He also established a music production branch that was recently involved in G(I)-DLE’s Song Yuqi’s single “Giant” as producers BOYTOY, YOUNG SKY and PETER HYUN who have been collaborating with TEAM WANG were credited as writers and arrangers of the song.
With this association, the two companies aspire to create a “self-sufficient and innovative” ecosystem that would support artists in their projects from production to release, living up to the ambitions of a global record label.
Through their work together, RYCE ENTERTAINMENT and TEAM WANG will form a self-sufficient, innovative ecosystem to provide all the resources an artist needs to succeed at the highest level.
Although this partnership was made official only recently, it is a project the artist has been working on since the beginning of TEAM WANG. Indeed, the young entrepreneur has often brought up his wish to find new talents and help them build a career as artists.
The agencies also used the opportunity to reveal their shared building located in Beijing with pictures of their open-plan offices, conference rooms and artist spaces. With this new building, JACKSON has now established his business in China’s two financial centers: the national capital city for music and Shanghai for fashion with TEAM WANG design.
Following the announcement, TEAM WANG and RYCE Entertainment didn’t waste their time: on the very next day, they both revealed PANTHEPACK‘s new single “Transmit“. However, they have yet to reveal the members of the group that is now at its second single following “DNA“, released on April 16th.
