Girl group WEEEKLY will be releasing its new song “Tension up” with surprise.
WEEEKLY will release the new song “Tension up“, music and music video on major music sites at 12:00 pm today, and host a V-live to commemorate the new song’s release via Naver V Live at 12:30 pm. the same day to communicate with fans.
PlayM Entertainment suddenly released a photo teaser for “Tension up” with a refreshing summer vibe on WEEKLY’s official SNS on May 27, drawing fans’ expectations.
“Tension up” is a CM song from the lens product which selected WEEEKLY as its exclusive model, and is an addictive up-tempo dance song that adds WEEEKLY’s unique charm to the song which contains a taste of summer. The video clip for “Tension up“, which will be released at the same time, features various images of the members of “K-High-TEEN” WEEEKLY, full of energy and tension in various situations, showing WEEEKLY’s living charm and graphics refreshing.
Davichi Eyeglass Chain announced on May 11th that they have selected WEEEKLY as the model for “Tension 7 Day Lens”. With a number of popular girl groups working as models, WEEEKLY took over from Mamamoo members as a model, proving their unusual popularity as a rookie less than a year after their debut.
WEEEKLY performed with their third mini album “WE PLAY” released in March, breaking their own music record.
