Part of the music source for SEVENTEEN’s 9th mini album “ATTACCA” (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, Dogyeom, Seungkwan, Vernon and Dino) has been unveiled.
SEVENTEEN released a medley video, showing clips of tracks from their 9th mini album “ATTACCA” on their official channel at midnight today, raising the fever for comeback in just three days.
In particular, the medley video of the 9th mini album broke the existing framework, the members appeared one by one in accordance with the atmosphere of each song, enhancing the immersion in it, with sensual visual beauty. Before the release of the medley video, the group had added curiosity by posting pictures containing the 13 colors of SEVENTEEN.
At the start of the video the tape recorder was turned on and the first track to launch the album “To you” is a synth pop genre song with an awesome dynamic synth sound. It then upped the mood with the title track “Rock with you“, which features SEVENTEEN’s deeper emotional lines, energetic melody and passionate performances.
The title song “Rock with you” is a rock-based song with an appealing combination of intense synth sound, guitar sound and punchy rhythm as if the music is running, and members WOOZI, VERNON and JOSHUA participated in the words, expressing more sincerity.
Additionally, the third track “Crush” has a simple, understated rhythm and pop style melody, with SEVENTEEN’s unique unit system, “Pang!“, “Imperfect love” and “I can’t run away“, were unveiled one after the other.
Finally, the song of the unit JOSHUA and VERNON is the first English song of SEVENTEEN, “2 MINUS 1” closed the medley. The digital track “2 MINUS 1” is a pop punk genre song that combines a pop melody and punk rock elements, and plans to convey the progressive love of SEVENTEEN through its ninth mini album “ATTACCA”.
SEVENTEEN’s 9th mini album, “ATTACCA”, surpassed 1.41 million pre-orders at home and abroad in a single day of presales, heralding the fifth consecutive “million seller” title and a peak in the career of the group, raising expectations of the return on October 22.
