PARK YOO CHUN
The entertainment activities of singer and actor PARK YOO CHUN have caught a “red light”.
According to the music industry, on November 10th, the Seoul Central District Court issued an injunction filed by 예스페라 (Yespera), who had been entrusted with the management of PARK YOO CHEON, against him to ban the activities broadcast and entertainment.
The court ruled that “PARK YOO CHUN should not produce, promote, character affairs, appearance work and entertainment activities for third parties other than 예스페라 (Yespera) until the decision initial is finalized”.
Re:ciello, the agency of PARK YOO CHUN, has delegated the exclusive management authority to 예스페라 (Yespera) from 2020 to 2024 with the agreement of PARK YOO CHUN. However, 예스 페라 (Yespera) claims that PARK YOO CHUN violated such a contract and contacted a third party to promote its activities.
Even after PARK YOO CHUN was sentenced to probation in July 2019 for drug use, he continued his activities such as album release and performances at home and abroad.
