THE BOYZ’s company, IST Entertainment, announced that main rapper SUNWOO has been tested positive for COVID-19, a few days after JACOB.
On March 3rd, the company declared :
“Sunwoo, a member of THE BOYZ, heared about the news of a positive case from a family member. He also developed symptoms and conducted a self-test on February 2nd. The test result was negative, but the symptoms continued and he did a PCR test that turned out to be positive. Sunwoo will remain focused on its treatment until March 9, the day of the end of the quarantine indicated by the health authorities. He does not have any particular symptoms other than a minor sore throat and cough. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will do our best to help the artist’s recovery.”
SUNWOO, just like JACOB, follows the measures indicated by the Korean government, as the group just returned from a month of well-deserved holidays.
