The movie “K-School” (directed by Park Mi Kyung, produced by Kang Content) was officially invited to the 6th Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival in Canada for the first time in Korea.

The Toronto International Hollywood Film Festival (TINFF) is an international film festival held since 2017 for the development of an innovative and original film ecosystem under the banner of equality, social justice, non-discrimination and diversity.
The TINFF is a major film festival with over 50 competitors alone.
“K-School” was shortlisted in the Best Musical Film category, for TINFF’s main competition, and will compete against top-tier works from Hollywood and Bollywood.
“K-School” is an 8K musical film that depicts the dreams, love and friendship of millennials against the backdrop of a fashion school, selected for the ultra-high content production support project Korea Radio Promotion Association definition.

Director Park Mi Kyung, who helmed “K-School,” said she will attend TINFF, which will be held from September 18 to 24, with “K-School” main cast members WJSN’s DAWON, APRIL’s YANG YENA, GREATGUYS’s BAEGKYEOL and UI YEON.
