MOMOLAND: On the way to Japan

Girl group MOMOLAND will fly to Tokyo to attend Japan’s biggest entertainment festival.

MOMOLAND will depart for Tokyo, Japan on August 20 to attend the “Super Music Festival 2022 ODAIBA LIVE” performance.

“Super Music Festival 2022 ODAIBA LIVE” is Japan’s largest entertainment festival that enhances friendship between Korea and the country and exchanges various cultures. MOMOLAND will perform in the K-pop live category at the “Super Music Festival 2022 ODAIBA LIVE“.

Earlier this year, MOMOLAND released a collaboration album “YUMMY YUMMY LOVE” with top South American artist Nati Natasha and received love from K-pop fans around the world. Immediately after its release, “Yummy yummy love” surpassed 30 million views for its music video, showing its potential.

In particular, “Yummy yummy love” marked a new K-pop story not only topping the weekly chart of South America’s biggest music charting monitor LATINO, but also making it into the TOP 100 of numerous music charts, including the main Anglo Monitor Top 10 charts, Mexico Spotify and Ecuador charts.

Thanks to this worldwide popularity, MOMOLAND was invited to the “Premios Juventud 2022“, a South American pop culture and arts awards ceremony held in Puerto Rico last month.
