Today, June 16th, at 1:00 p.m. KST, ATEEZ released the music video for its new title track « Bouncy (k-hot chilli peppers) ».
After an unusual promotion that will have delighted fans around the world, ATEEZ finally unveils its album « THE WORLD EP.2: OUTLAW » and the music video of its title track « Bouncy (k-hot chilli peppers) ».
A music video inspired by the style of comics and Westerns whether in the realization of the plans and actions established by the members of the group (HONGJOONG, SEONGHWA, YUNHO, YEOSANG, SAN, MINGI, WOOYOUNG, JONGHO) like the boxing fight held by SAN and WOOYOUNG or the singing parrot with YUNHO and JONGHO.
Thus, we find the members 6 months after the music video « Guerrilla » in complete preparation to introduce the Prestige Academy, a school run by the government of Strickland. The music video starts with MINGI entering a saloon called « k-hot chilli peppers » before starting with SEONGHWA and HONGJOONG‘s part.
We then find several shots of the members in different situations, in a garage for YUNHO and JONGHO, in an underground boxing fight for WOOYOUNG and SAN, and with a crew of bikers for SEONGHWA and YEOSANG. While MINGI fights in the saloon against people who came for him and HONGJOONG prepares for the grand finale. Plans interspersed with those of the catchy and striking choreography of this new song which promises to be a new success for the group.
Finally, HONGJOONG receives a bullet that will be fired into the chandelier present in the Prestige Academy where the main antagonist is. A reminiscent scene of the opening and closing scenes of the music clip of « Answer », thus bringing the meeting of the two universes little by little. The clip ends with the dance break and a potential extract from the next album where MINGI tags a Z on their wanted notices.
Therefore, ATEEZ starts promoting its ninth album « THE WORLD EP.2: OUTLAW » today with a performance at MUSIC BANK.
