MONSTA X: A third member must go to the army

JOOHEON (29), a member of MONSTA X, will join the army on July 24.

JOOHEON posted a handwritten letter on the official MONSTA X fan cafe on July 11 and said, “I will join the army on the 24th. There is not much time left compared to what I thought, so I am very worried. writing about how MONBEBEs (fan club name) will feel. I was really worried about that, but most of all, I wanted MONBEBEs to smile happily at the fan concert, and I wanted to see that.”

“I’m still worried for the MONBEBEs who will be disappointed with the time left, but I think I will write the same today even if I go back in time. Military service is also my job. JOOHEON will be the third member of MONSTA X to fulfill their defense duties after SHOWNU (31) and MINHYUK (30). SHOWNU completed alternative service as a social worker, and MINHYUK joined active service in April and is currently serving.
