AKMU will hold a concert for the first time in four years.
According to YG Entertainment, on September 14, AKMU will hold “AKMU 2023 CONCERT [AKMUTOPIA]” at Kyunghee University Peace Hall in Seoul for three days, from November 24 to 26. Except for the scheduled performances, AKMU’s solo concert is the first time in more than four years since 2019 and 2020.
“AKMU 2023 CONCERT [AKMUTOPIA]” teaser poster, which was released on official SNS, was expressed in a collage of the music world of AKMU. Bright colors and unique writing provided insight into their unique lively sensibility.
Since it is AKMU, it is expected to be a high-quality performance that adds a group sound that combines YG Entertainment‘s performance know-how with a rich set list.
YG Entertainment said, “The title of the performance [AKMUTOPIA] refers to an ideal world consisting of AKMU and UTOPIA, and can only be created by AKMU,” adding, “We will present the best performance that encompasses both the past and present musical world of AKMU.”
The first general booking of “AKMU 2023 CONCERT [AKMUTOPIA]” will begin at 8 p.m. KST on September 21 on Interpark Ticket.
