MAMAMOO’s SOLAR remake of the late Kim Kwang Seok’s “사랑했지만”.
SOLAR released the cover image of the remake project “Solar Sensitivity Part.7” on MAMAMOO’s official SNS at midnight KST today. In the photo, an illustration of SOLAR’s profile is drawn on a vintage postcard, doubling the analog sensibility, and the title song “사랑했지만” is released.
With this series, SOLAR will reinterpret “사랑했지만” by singer-songwriter Kim Kwang Seok, loved by all generations, with her own color. In particular, SOLAR will leave a deep and lingering image with her unique tone and explosive, high-pitched voice, giving it a different charm from the original song.
“Solar Sensitivity” is a remake project named after SOLAR. She captivated listeners by reinterpreting various masterpieces such as “Live liked a fool”, “Piled up with longing”, “In my dreams”, “Happy people”, “Alone people”, “Autumn letter” and “Nada sou sou” with her unique and comforting emotions. After returning in this new series five years and nine months after the release of “Solar Sensitivity Part.6” in April 2018, SOLAR is expected to demonstrate a more mature sensitivity, raising expectations.
SOLAR will release the track “사랑했지만” from “Solar Sensitivity Part.7” on various music sites at 6 p.m. KST on January 18.
