“We are launching ASC2NT, a five-member boy group, by recruiting two new members, featuring KARAM, INJUN and JAY,” Newwdays Company announced today. The company also posted photos of the entire group via its official SNS.
KARAM, INJUN and JAY, who recently appeared on JTBC’s “Peak time” audition show as Team 23:00 and exposed their talented side, showed their determination to make new debuts through an expression strong.
The identity of the two new members was notably revealed, attracting attention. REON is 182 centimeters tall, has perfect visuals and excellent English skills, and is a rapper and sub-vocalist in the group. KYLE, a sub-vocal measuring 181 centimeters tall and fluent in three languages, including Korean, English and Indonesian, is expected to help with global communication.
“ASC2NT”, a group of five members, was created based on “ASCENT”, which means “upwards”, and the number “2” means to start a second life and contains the ambition to climb high in beginning a second life with a strong will and passion.
“ASC2NT is expected to debut in the first half of this year,” the agency said. “As it is composed of new members with exceptional skills and one member with strong inner strength from its activities so far, ASCENT will show its own special synergy.”
