Idol group EPEX brought back memories with its pre-released song “졸업식 (Litt: Graduation ceremony)“.
EPEX (Wish, Keum, MU, A-Min, Baekseung, Ayden, Yewang, and Jeff) released the pre-release single “졸업식” from its first full album on various online music sites on February 5.
“졸업식” is a song about growing up with the theme of graduation, the last scene of childhood. In fact, it’s even more significant since the song was released when all the members, including YEWANG and JEFF, have become adults today.
EPEX leads a calm and moving sound with lyrical vocals, rapping, rich sensitivity and expression, which resonates with listeners.
The music video for “졸업식” captures the heartwarming scenes of graduation day with school in the background. The image of EPEX, which recalls memories and draws the future, conveys sympathy and emotion.
After its release, “졸업식” entered the Top K-POP Singles chart in four regions: iTunes in Japan, Malaysia, Turkey and Germany. It also made a presence on the national Melon Chart, settling into the HOT 100 within 30 days of its release.
