TWICE
The group TWICE topped the US Billboard’s main album chart, “Billboard 200“.

The US Billboard announced on March 3 (local time) that TWICE’s 13th mini album, “With YOU-th“, topped the Billboard 200 chart.
“Billboard 200” is one of Billboard’s main charts that reveals the ranking of album consumption by adding traditional album sales such as the number of streams converted to album sales (SEA) and the number of digital music downloads converted into album sales.
In the United States, 90,000 CDs and digital album downloads were sold.
Most of the songs on “With YOU-th” are in Korean. Billboard said “With YOU-th” is primarily in Korean, making it the 24th non-English album to hit No. 1 and the first non-English album of the year.
So far, eight K-pop groups have topped the chart, including BTS, SuperM, Stray Kids, Blackpink, Tomorrow by Together (TXT), New Jeans and ATEEZ.
This is the first time TWICE has ranked No. 1 on the Billboard 200. The group entered the top 10 for the fifth time and No. 7 on the chart, continuing the record for the most entries for K-pop girl groups, and finally reached the Top Point. This is all the more significant as the group has maintained its growth trend even in the tenth year since its inception.
TWICE, which debuted in October 2015, has established itself as K-pop’s leading girl group with hits such as “Cheer up“, “TT”, “Knock knock“, “Signal”, “Elegantly “, “Likey”, “Heart shaker“, “What is love?“, “Dance the night away“, “Yes or Yes“, “Fancy”, “Feel special” and “Alcohol-free“.
As of 2021, they released an English single titled “THE FEELINGS” to break into the American market. With this momentum, their second English single “MOONLIGHT SUNRISE” successively entered the main Billboard “Hot 100” chart. All members re-signed with JYP Entertainment in 2022 and are on the right path to success.
Last year, they held world tours of major venues in the United States, such as SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and MetLife Stadium in New York, where only the biggest stars can fill it and play to sold-out crowds. A solo performance at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas is also planned for the 16th.
