Singer BUMKEY will make his return with the CCM album “THE OBEDIENT” on March 21.
Brandnew Music, the agency, attracted attention today by releasing three concept photos of BUMKEY’s new studio album “THE OBEDIENT” via its official SNS.
In the first concept photo, BUMKEY displays a unique aura by pairing a silver cross-shaped accessory with an all-black outfit. Additionally, BUMKEY’s movement continued as an afterimage and the image of BUMKEY in the third photo, in which he prays with his hands folded, after the second photo, which created a mysterious atmosphere, attracting the attention of viewers.
“THE OBEDIENT” is the first full-length album and his first CCM album to be released in approximately eight years since the release of “U-TURN” in 2016. It reinterpreted CCM masterpieces loved by many people in BUMKEY’s own style, introduced new songs, and captured BUMKEY’s religious beliefs.
BUMKEY, who began the comeback promotion with the concept photos released today, will continue with an ambient sampler, a medley of the tracks’ important moments. Various teaser contents such as music video teasers will be introduced to increase expectations for the album.
BUMKEY’s new album, “THE OBEDIENT“, will be released at 6 p.m. KST on March 21.
