VIXX - HYUK
Group VIXX HYUK (Han Sang Hyuk) will begin fulfilling his military obligations.
The Companion Company agency said on March 21: “HYUK will enter the training center on April 18.”
VIXX’s youngest member, HYUK, born in 1995, is the last member of the group to serve in the military. He will enter boot camp on April 18, complete his basic military training and begin alternative duty as a social worker.
Companion Company said: “HYUK will return after sincere alternative service,” adding: “We request a lot of support and encouragement for HYUK until it returns from its defense duty.”
HYUK debuted as a member of VIXX in 2012 and was appreciated for its unparalleled concept and performance. Since the film “Chasing” in 2016, he has continued his active acting career in various fields such as dramas, plays, films and musicals.
HYUK will hold the “2024 Hyuk Fan Concert-Home” at the Unjeong Green Campus Auditorium of Sungshin Women’s University on the 30th, about three weeks before joining the military. The fan concert will take place twice in total, at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. KST.
HYUK plans to complete all of its programs, including fan concerts, and prepare for enlistment.
