TAEIL, who was asked to leave NCT after being accused of sex crimes, has made his social media private and deleted YouTube videos.

TAEIL’s Instagram account was closed to the public on September 5. All of the videos that TAEIL had been posting on his YouTube channel “Tal Moon” were deleted.
Earlier on the 28th of last month, SM Entertainment announced TAEIL’s withdrawal from the group, stating in its official stance, “We have confirmed that TAEIL has been accused in a criminal case related to sexual crimes. Recognizing that the issue is very serious, we have decided that we can no longer continue our group activities with him.“

However, TAEIL has been active since June, including a fan meeting to celebrate NCT 127’s 8th debut anniversary held earlier this month. Some pointed out that this was “fan deception,” railing against TAEIL’s continued activities even after the complaint. In response, SM Entertainment refuted the controversy over the timing of his activities, stating on June 29, “TAEIL and we first learned of the fact that he was at the center of this case in the middle of this month. TAEIL was investigated by the police on July 28.”
TAEIL debuted as a member of NCT in 2016 and has worked under the names NCT127 and NCT U.
