PENTAGON’s JINHO gave a luxurious performance.
JINHO appeared on JTBC’s “Begin Again Open Mic” which aired on October 19 and performed live on stage in a dense forest setting. JINHO said, “I debuted with PENTAGON in 2016 and released my first solo album this year. I participated in writing and composing the lyrics myself, but today I will be performing the title track, ‘Teddy bear.‘”
JINHO sang alongside the sensual performances of pianist Kim Junseo and guitarist Jeong Seokhoon. He conveyed a warm energy to the listeners with his unique soft voice, exceptional rhythm, and fairy-like sensitivity that made them fall more and more in love.
JINHO said, “I introduced it as a cute song earlier, but ‘Teddy Bear’ is a song that was born from the idea of having a girls’ night out during a curfew. It’s about transforming into a teddy bear at a girls’ night out by adding the imagination of fairy tales from the story of Cinderella.”
JINHO then sang a duet with Park Ki Young. Their choice was “Die with a smile,” a duet song by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars. JINHO added strength to the song with his clear and firm voice and powerful vocals, and created a fantastic harmony with Park Ki Young, leaving a deep impression.
In the meantime, JINHO released his first mini album “CHO:RD” last month and began his first official solo activities.
