BLACKPINK’s JENNIE has broken her career record again with “Mantra.”

According to the latest ranking (October 26) released by American music media Billboard, JENNIE’s new single “MANTRA” entered Billboard’s main singles chart at No. 98. At the same time, “MANTRA” ranked No. 2 on the “Global (excluding the United States)” chart and No. 3 on the “Global 200” chart.
This is JENNIE’s second time entering the Billboard Hot 100 chart as a solo artist. “ONE OF THE GIRLS“, a song in collaboration with The Weeknd and Lily Rose Depp released last year, entered the chart at No. 100 and remained there for 20 consecutive weeks. JENNIE broke this record by entering the Hot 100 chart for the first time with a solo song.
Additionally, JENNIE swept multiple global charts with “MANTRA”, entering at No. 37, the highest ranking among K-pop female solo artists on the UK’s Official Singles Chart.
On the first day of its release, “Mantra” peaked at No. 5 on Spotify’s “Daily Top Song Global” chart (October 11), setting its own record. It topped the real-time charts of Bugs, a major domestic music site, and iTunes’ “Top Song” charts in 57 countries/regions, including the United States, Brazil, Singapore, the Philippines, and Mexico. With “MANTRA”, JENNIE became the first K-pop female solo artist to top the iTunes “Top Song” chart in the United States this year.
