The virtual idol group PLAVE returns with a new song embodying the warm energy of youth.

PLAVE unveils its digital single “FLAME (feat. milet)” today, September 3, at 6:00 p.m. KST on various music sites.
This new song “Flame (feat. milet)” is a rock track evoking a blue flame, a song that expands PLAVE’s Japanese band sound, already presented through their Japanese debut single “かくれんぼ”, toward the sense of speed unique to Japanese anime rock and toward a burning youth narrative.
The guitar riff announcing the beginning of the track recalls the steps of boys vigorously taking off relying solely on a ball, transmitting intense energy. On top of the raw texture unique to hard rock, sounds bursting like a flame and a lyrical melody were added to express in music the precarious yet brilliant moment of youth.
Previously, PLAVE unveiled the music video teaser for “Flame” today at midnight on its official YouTube channel. The video contains the image of PLAVE, depicted as anime protagonists, vigorously taking off with a soccer ball. Blending with an intense rock sound, it announces an atmosphere of youth both fresh and burning, raising expectations.
In particular, this music video attracts attention because it was produced in a unique form merging animation, virtual, and live-action shots, by adding scenes where PLAVE and milet sing to a video paying tribute to 90s Japanese anime drawings. It is the first time in a PLAVE music video that a direction combining such diverse visual elements is used, visually expressing the freshness of youth, the sense of speed unique to the song, and the passionate energy evoking a blue flame.
Furthermore, PLAVE directly participated in the composition of this song, adding its own musical color. Added to this is the participation of milet, one of the most noticed singer-songwriters in Japan, in vocals and lyric writing, completing the musical synergy of the two artists. Beyond a simple featuring, she actively shared her opinions on the direction and concept of the song while participating in the production process, thus raising expectation for “Flame” where the personalities of both artists harmonize.
Through this first collaboration with a Japanese artist, PLAVE further expands its musical domain and pursues its global steps. Through this new song where PLAVE’s refreshing vocals harmonize with milet’s original vocal timbre, the group is expected to show new possibilities in the Japanese music market.
PLAVE will kick off its first world tour since its debut, “2026 PLAVE WORLD TOUR ‘KEEP IT MANIC’”, by holding a concert on the upcoming 12th and 13th at the main stadium of the Munhak Sports Complex in Incheon.

PLAVE’s digital single, “FLAME (feat. milet)”, is released today, September 3, at 6:00 p.m. KST on various music sites.
