The release of HUH YUNJIN‘s solo songs from the group LE SSERAFIM will be postponed.
LE SSERAFIM‘s agency Source Music stated on December 30, “We have decided to postpone the release of HUH YUNJIN’s self-composed song ‘해파리 (Jellyfish),’ which was scheduled to be released at 6 p.m. KST today, due to the unfortunate accident that occurred yesterday.”
The agency added, “The announcement will be made at a later date due to the postponement of the release, and we ask for your understanding. We express our deepest condolences to the victims and bereaved families of this accident.“
Earlier on the 29th, a Jeju Air passenger plane carrying 181 passengers crashed into the outer wall of the runway while landing at Muan International Airport, causing a major disaster that killed 179 people and injured two others.
The government declared a seven-day national mourning period until midnight on January 4.
