XIAOTING
Chinese boy group KEP1ER’s XIAOTING has signed an exclusive contract with her original agency, China’s Top Class Entertainment, which is coming to an end.
XIAOTING appeared on Mnet’s survival show “Girls Planet” in 2021 and was eventually selected as a member of the debuting group KEP1ER. KEP1ER was the first project group to renew its contract last year and continued its activities with seven members, excluding Masiro and Kang Yeseo from the nine-member group.
However, regarding XIAOTING’s personal activities on December 5 last year, her agencies Wake One and Klap Entertainment stated, “We communicated with XIAOTING’s original agency in November and finally discussed that she will do more individual activities in China in December. As a result, she will not be able to participate in KEP1ER’s activities scheduled for December for the time being,” causing regret from fans.
In the meantime, the news of the end of the exclusive contract with the original agency has increased the possibility of XIAOTING resuming activities with KEP1ER.
