ASTRO’s JINJIN will once again be joining the musical “Dream High.“
JINJIN will appear in the musical “Dream High,” which will open on April 5, and will play the main character Song Sam Dong.
“Dream High” is a musical based on a popular drama of the same name that aired on KBS2 in 2011 and tells the story of the main characters of the drama 10 years later. JINJIN, who played Jason in the 2023 premiere, will meet the audience as Song Sam Dong, the main character of the work. He will play the story of Song Sam Dong, who debuted as a singer “The K” played by actor Kim Soo Hyun in the original work.
This performance will be available not only in Korea but also in Japan, so that more audiences can experience “Song Sam Dong,” played by JINJIN.
JINJIN, who made his debut as a musical actor with the premiere of “Dream High,” has appeared in various musical works such as “Winter wanderer” and “Crash landing on you.”
ASTRO leader and versatile artist JINJIN has given music fans the pleasure of listening with the music project “JIN LAB,” which was launched in March last year. Currently, he is a DJ for EBS Radio’s “Idol Korean” and is actively communicating with listeners.
JINJIN will be giving his first solo performance of “JINJIN [JIN LAB Vol1. Find Your Groove]” on February 16 at Yes24 Wonder Rock Hall in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. Attention is focused on the new performances that JINJIN, who has been performing linearly since the new year, will show as a musical actor.
“Dream High,” featuring JINJIN, will run from April 5 to June 1 at the Woori Financial Art Hall in Seoul Olympic Park. It will also be available from April 11 to 27 at Tokyo Theater H.
