PENTAGON’s HUI successfully completed the musical “Bloody love“.
HUI was on the final stage of the musical “Bloody Love” at KEPCO Art Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul on February 15. HUI played the role of Dimitru, Dracula’s loyal butler in “Bloody Love,” drawing a delicate emotional line, which was appreciated by the audience.
Through his agency Cube Entertainment, HUI said,
“I lived through “Bloody love” last year and had a very good experience until February this year. It was a very rewarding time to meet many audiences with a new perspective every day while playing the character of Dimitru,” expressing his affection for “Bloody Love,” which has become an unforgettable work.
HUI then expressed his gratitude by adding, “I sincerely thank you for your love for “Bloody love” and Dimitru. I will visit you soon with a better version of HUI in the future.“
In the play, Dimitru is a valiant warrior who has been fighting his master Dracula for 500 years, but he has a sad story that hides his affection for Lorraine. HUI, who is loved by music fans for his outstanding character interpretation skills by appearing in a number of musical works such as “Sonata” and “The three musketeers“, also demonstrated a high degree of tuning in “Bloody love” and further increased his immersion. In particular, in Dimitru’s solo number “우리”, HUI’s unique mournful tone filled the concert hall, establishing himself as a reliable musical actor.
After debuting as a solo artist with her first mini album “WHU IS ME: Complex” in January last year, HUI released a digital single “EASY DANCE (Feat. Kwon Eun-bi)”, “잡초 With Jang Hye-jin“, and a digital single “WHU IS KEVIN“.
