Some parts of the songs from HIGHLIGHT’s 6th mini album have been released.
The group HIGHLIGHT released a video medley featuring parts from the four songs on their sixth mini-album, “FROM REAL TO SURREAL,” at midnight on the 23rd.
First, “Chains,” the title track written and composed by LEE GI KWANG, captivates the ear with its fresh, hip melodies and sensual vocals. Among the track’s highlights are the lyrics, “온몸에 맡겨 We go beyond extreme. And I’ll be knocking your door. 같은 맘이라면. Game is over. Breaking chains. 정해진 Fate. We go ride or die together baby. Chains. Go insane. Just love you 헤매는 미로” This is accompanied by a sophisticated beat that heralds a wild, addictive love story.
The highlights then delicately express lingering emotions in “Good day to you,” and “Follow me” sings of a dream with a refreshing group sound. In addition, four songs from various genres, including the ballad “Endless ending,” previously released under the name BEAST, made a strong impression despite their short parts.
The highlight track is “FROM REAL TO SURREAL” which conveys musical messages that transcend reality. High-quality tracks from various genres such as hip-hop, ballad, R&B, and funk rock will be included to solidify their unique musical palette.
HIGHLIGHT’s sixth mini-album, “FROM REAL TO SURREAL,” will be released on various online music platforms on April 28 at 6 PM KST.
