On May 30, CHA HAK YEON made his debut in the fantasy-comedy drama “Oh my ghost clients” (노무사 노무진), airing on MBC. In this role, he plays Go Gyeon Woo, a former journalist turned video content creator, who captivated viewers from his very first scenes with his vibrant energy and quirky sense of humor.
Known for his performances in dramas such as Red Moon Blue Sun, Bad and Crazy, Joseon Attorney, and Diva of Unmanned Island, CHA HAK YEON once again showcases his versatility through this lively character. Go Gyeon Woo is an ambitious YouTuber dreaming of hitting one million subscribers, but currently runs a modest channel with 50,000 followers. Upon meeting the main character, Noh Moo Jin (played by Jung Kyung Ho), he greets him casually by calling him hyung (older brother), instantly revealing his natural charisma.

In a particularly memorable scene, Go Gyeon Woo, with help from Na Hee Joo (Seol In-ah), tries to manipulate Moo Jin using a carefully prepared script. However, his awkwardness is exposed when he’s caught reading notes written on his fingers—leaving the audience in stitches.
His character also stands out in moments of humor-tinged vulnerability, such as when he jokingly blames his anxiety on “personal issues” linked to his irritable bowel syndrome. These small touches of humor and humanity add depth to his role.
