The new international artist VANS is making an emotional entrance into the world of K-pop.
On June 7, JMG announced: “The artist VANS, originally from France, will release his debut single ‘MELODY’ on June 8 at 12 PM KST, officially launching his career as a K-POP artist.”
VANS’s debut single, “Melody”, is an R&B track that delicately captures the thrill of a first encounter. Sweet and subtly awkward, the song expresses sincere emotions that resonate with teenagers, young adults, and listeners of all generations. With his warm voice and refined rhythmic interpretation, VANS delivers a track that’s already shaping up to be a future classic.
The song was produced with the participation of Yoo Junho, exclusive producer at XX Entertainment, and co-written by my dawn, a well-known lyricist for his work with Acoustic Collabo, Jamie, and others—adding to the artistic depth of the production.
VANS shared: “I wanted to portray that moment when you feel the need to express your emotions through music. I hope those who listen to this song will feel that same excitement of a first encounter.”
A well-rounded French artist, singer, performer, and more, VANS has already shared the stage with renowned K-POP acts like AKMU and ITZY. He has also expanded his artistic career through various appearances in Netflix productions (Somebody, Celebrity) and films like “Confidential Assignment 2: International” and “Bogotá: City of the lost”.
VANS’s highly anticipated debut single “MELODY” will be available on June 8 at 12 PM KST across all major music streaming platforms.
