Content creator Raral is making her official debut in the music industry under her alter ego YUL, boldly stepping into the K-pop scene with a fresh new identity.
YUL will release her first single, “아니라고 말해요” (Say It’s Not True), on June 8 at 6 PM (KST) through major music streaming platforms, bringing a breath of fresh air to the music industry.
The track, conceptualized by Raral through her character YUL, is a modern reinterpretation of the emotional soul and R&B sound of the 1990s. It conveys the raw emotions of a young woman struggling to accept a breakup—a sincere pain and an inner battle to resist believing that love is truly over.
“아니라고 말해요” was written, composed, and arranged by singer-songwriter BUMJIN, known for the hit “인사”, ensuring a high-quality production. Combined with YUL’s expressive vocals, infused with the nostalgic soul of the ’90s, the song promises a deeply emotional and memorable performance.
