KISS OF LIFE
The girl group KISS OF LIFE from S2 ENTERTAINMENT returns to the spotlight with its fourth mini-album titled “224.”

Composed of members JULIE, BELLE, NATTY, and HANEUL, this new release follows a hip-hop R&B line. The concept revolves around the phrase “Today, Tomorrow, and Forever,” and the journey of self-discovery — perfectly aligned with their usual approach of showcasing different sides of the group with each concept. Most importantly, it highlights the confidence shared by all four members. KISS OF LIFE makes its comeback today with seven new songs, including the title track “Lips Hips Kiss“, as well as “Tell me“, “K Bye“, “Painting”, “Slide”, “Heart of gold“, and “Think twice.” Notably, JULIE took part in writing “Heart of Gold.”
The showcase begins with a photo session, right after a video clip introducing each member individually is shown. With their last comeback being eight months ago, the singers are excited to reunite with their audience and fans. JULIE starts by saying this comeback holds special meaning for the group, as they celebrate their third anniversary. They also just returned from a world tour, during which the members learned a lot and improved in many areas. They take a moment to thank the fans for the support they received in every country they visited.
The “Lips Hips Kiss“ music video is presented to the press, showing the group dancing in various rooms, surrounded by dancers, with alternating dark and light atmospheres. The members then perform live on stage, embracing their feminine sensuality. It’s then time to chat with the journalists and share the group’s thoughts on the comeback, emphasizing the R&B sounds that define KISS OF LIFE’s musical identity. Crowned the “queens of summer” last year with “Sticky”, the group hopes to leave a strong impression once again with this comeback — and is also looking forward to seeing many new challenges go viral online and on social media.
They go over the other songs on the album: “Tell me“, co-written by NATTY, explores themes of honesty, while “K Bye“leans into the Y2K vibe, a trend that’s been big in K-pop in recent years. “Slide” is aimed at young people — or those who feel young at heart — while “Heart of gold“ is an acoustic ballad that closes the album on a tender note. NATTY reflects on the track she wrote, saying it feels like something straight out of a movie or anime.
“With each new album, we do our best to be involved in the creative process and to share our experiences through the lyrics.” – JULIE
The group is also back in Korea to wrap up their world tour with a final concert in Seoul, which they say they have worked very hard to prepare for. Speaking about the comeback, they emphasize how they always focus on the positives during the production of each new album. Above all, they hope that their musical identity continues to develop and become more recognizable over time. They express gratitude for the songs they’re given. JULIE describes the preparation as fun and defines this concept as “sexy”, while HANEUL points out the floor choreography — dancing on their knees — as highlighting the strengths of the other KISS OF LIFE members.

They will also continue to show their sensuality through events like Waterbomb Festival at the end of July. BELLE admits that she originally didn’t like summer very much, but now appreciates it more thanks to summer concepts that resonate with the public — for her, it’s become a season of fan interactions and fun. She, along with the other members, does her best to convey sincerity both on and off stage, aiming to share love with their audience and further strengthen the teamwork that unites the group.
NATTY, a Thai member, also serves as a voice for other Thai artists, hoping to honor those who came before her and pave the way for future international K-pop hopefuls. Being between two countries isn’t always easy — Thai by birth but living in Korea daily — and she makes a point of highlighting the charm of T-pop, encouraging both the press and fans to explore it.
“Thank you for calling us the queens of summer. We hope you enjoy this new concept and title track just as much.” – NATTY
With a mix of musical genres in this album, JULIE hopes it will appeal to many people. The group continues to pursue perfection. If they had one goal, it would be to win first place on music shows, achieve good chart performance (even if it’s not No. 1), and most importantly, be known as the queens of R&B — praised for both their songs and their performances.
To wrap up the showcase, the group performs a second live stage with their Y2K track “K Bye,” after a teaser video is shown that briefly previews each track on the album and the comeback in general. Waving to the audience, they invite fans to join them at the final concert in Seoul.
