The Netflix series “Squid Game 3″ has once again shaken up the global market.

According to global streaming ranking site FlixPatrol, “Squid Game 3″ reached the number one spot in the TV shows category on Netflix in 93 countries on June 28 (local time). That means it ranked first in every country tracked by FlixPatrol.
Season 2, released at the end of last year, had previously topped the charts in 92 countries, with New Zealand being the only exception. Despite mixed reviews from international media, Season 3 has outperformed Season 2.
Furthermore, Squid Game has set a historic record for Netflix in terms of viewership success. Season 1 generated 265.2 million views and 2.2 billion hours of watch time within 28 days of its release. It holds the top spot across all categories, including both English and non-English content. Season 2 recorded 192.6 million views and 1.38 billion hours of viewing, ranking 2nd among non-English shows and 3rd overall across all languages.
