SAN E
Rapper SAN E has been cleared of charges including trespassing, after being sued by an artist from his own agency.

On July 8, SAN E posted a screenshot of a message from the National Investigation Headquarters of the Korean National Police on his social media accounts.
The message read: “This is the Yangcheon Police Station in Seoul. We inform you that due to insufficient evidence regarding your violation of the Act on Punishment of Violent Acts (group trespassing, destruction of property in concert, etc.), the case has been closed with no charges filed.”
Previously, in May, it was revealed that SAN E had been sued by Reta, a Chinese singer under his agency Fame Us Entertainment.
According to the complaint, SAN E allegedly instructed individuals, including a Mr. Jeong, to enter Reta’s residence—while she was in China due to visa issues—and to move or dispose of her furniture and belongings without her consent.
In March, Reta filed a legal complaint against SAN E and agency personnel, including Mr. Jeong, accusing them of group trespassing and concealment or destruction of property.
Separately, SAN E was also investigated last year after allegedly assaulting a passerby, Mr. A, with a cellphone and other objects at a park in Mapo-gu, Seoul. That case was ultimately dropped, and he received a suspended indictment for charges related to aggravated assault.
