THE BOYZ
Nine members of THE BOYZ (excluding NEW) have reportedly notified One Hundred of their intent to terminate their contracts.

According to an exclusive report by The Fact on March 19, nine members of THE BOYZ (Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo, and Eric) sent a formal notice of default to One Hundred’s chairwoman, Cha Ga-won, last February. The members cited serious violations of their exclusive contracts and an irreversible breakdown of trust.
The report states that the group also requested access to their financial records and “settlement” (payment) statements, but Chairwoman Cha has failed to provide them for over a month. Furthermore, the article claims that One Hundred is currently facing a total loss of capital, leaving the agency unable to fund basic necessities such as vehicles, practice rooms, or even the security deposits for the artists’ housing.
Given these circumstances, the nine members have firmly decided to end their relationship with the agency. However, NEW has reportedly chosen to remain with One Hundred for personal reasons. Meanwhile, Chairwoman Cha is allegedly opposing the termination and demanding the payment of contract breach penalties.
Various media outlets have attempted to contact One Hundred regarding the termination notice, but the agency remains unreachable at this time.
As a reminder, THE BOYZ debuted in 2017 under IST Entertainment before joining One Hundred in December 2024 following the expiration of their initial contracts. The group became a 10-member act last June following the departure of JU HAK NYEON due to controversies regarding his private life.
