Singer-songwriter AHN YE EUN is back with the sixth installment of her special summer horror series.

On July 14, DSP Media shared the release poster for AHN YE EUN’s new digital single “Jibak (地縛)” via official social media channels, announcing its release for July 17.
The poster features a solitary house deep in a foggy forest, creating a haunting and eerie atmosphere. The phrase “그들보다 먼저 온 것” (“What arrived before them”), written alongside the title and release date in vivid red, adds to the mystery surrounding this new project.
The new song “Jibak (地縛)” is for fans who eagerly await “Ahn Ye-eun’s summer” each year, this time with an even deeper focus on raw, primal fear. Inspired by the concept of jibakryeong (spirits bound to a specific location), AHN YE EUN once again takes full creative control, writing, composing, and arranging the track herself. The single will also include a Japanese version, which the artist personally helped adapt.
Since 2020, AHN YE EUN has released a unique horror-themed track each summer, captivating listeners with her standout storytelling. From Nungsomhwa to Chang-gwi, RATvolution, Hongryeon, and Gawi, she has carved out her own genre: horror you listen to.
The sixth installment in her summer horror series, “Jibak (地縛),” will be released on July 17 at 6 PM KST on all major streaming platforms.
