Singer and actress NAM GYU RI will release her new song « 그래도 좋아해요 (I Still Love You) » on August 17 at 6 PM KST through various online music platforms.
« 그래도 좋아해요 » is an indie pop-style track with a dreamy atmosphere, highlighted by a band sound. It conveys mixed emotions of regret and hesitation in the face of a fading love. Hit-making composer Park Geun Tae produced the song, enhancing its overall quality.
Having led the era of mid-tempo ballads as the main vocalist of the vocal group SEEYA, NAM GYU RI completed this new single with a vocal technique different from her usual style.
NAM GYU RI stated:
“I wanted to show another side of my voice. I hope this will be an opportunity to communicate more broadly with my fans through music.”
« 그래도 좋아해요 » is the second track released as part of the « 기억 (Souvenir) » project. This project is a musical series in which NAM GYU RI expresses the emotions and moments she has experienced through various genres. Last May, she unveiled the project’s first song, « 가슴앓이 » (Heartache).
