JENNIE, member of the girl group BLACKPINK, will be relocating her label Odd Atelier to a new office space in Hannam-dong, central Seoul, this coming November.

According to industry sources on Wednesday, the agency will move out of its current office, a standalone house in Itaewon-dong (Yongsan District, central Seoul), and settle into a newly built building in nearby Hannam-dong, also located in Yongsan.
The new office is a compact four-story building with a basement, completed in April 2024, and has a total floor area of 927 square meters (approximately 9,978 square feet). Reportedly, the rooftop offers a panoramic view of the Han River.
The building was designed by Hong Tae-sun, an honorary member of the American Institute of Architects. Hong is known for several high-end architectural projects in Korea, including the Lotte Premium Outlet in Paju (Gyeonggi), the Richensia residential complex in Yeouido (western Seoul), and the Hillmaru Country Club in Pocheon (Gyeonggi).
The move comes as the lease on the current Itaewon office is set to expire in October. Renovation work is currently underway in the new building, according to reports.
As of late 2024, rental conditions for the Hannam-dong property are estimated to include a security deposit of 1.5 to 2.5 billion KRW (roughly $1 million to $1.7 million USD), and a monthly rent of 60 to 80 million KRW (around $43,000 to $57,000 USD). The building’s market value is estimated to be around 45 billion KRW (approximately $28 million USD).
JENNIE’s previous office had sparked controversy over alleged building code violations. The structure had reportedly been approved for use as an art gallery, but was allegedly converted without proper authorization.
The Yongsan District Office stated it would be taking administrative action against the property owner.
