Girl group BADVILLAIN has officially hit the countdown for its comeback.

At midnight KST on September 3, Big Planet Made Entertainment shared the comeback schedule poster via BADVILLAIN’s official channels. The poster announces their new digital single, titled “THRILLER”, and features a cinematic aesthetic reminiscent of a film credit sequence. It includes details like high-heeled legs, a target reticle, and torn paper fragments, hints that tease the artistic direction of the upcoming release and spark curiosity.
Leading up to the September 15 release of “THRILLER,” BADVILLAIN will ramp up excitement with a series of “snippet” images and videos, followed by a spot video and a music video teaser.
Earlier “coming soon” clips, released on August 31 and September 1, already dropped intriguing teasers: a close-up of a high-heeled boot pressing an accelerator pedal, the blinking headlights of a classic car, and the revving sound of an engine, all signaling an intense, fast-paced vibe typical of BADVILLAIN’s energy. Fans are eagerly awaiting the next promotional reveals.
Since debuting in 2023 with the single “OVERSTEP,” BADVILLAIN has captured attention with standout tracks like “Hurricane” and “Zoom,” showcasing powerful performances and unique concepts that have solidified its reputation as true “stage heroines.” The group was selected by NME magazine as one of The NME 100: Essential Emerging Artists for 2025, and earned the Hot Trend Award at ASEA 2025, reinforcing their rising global rookie status.
