AESPA (Karina, Winter, Giselle, Ningning) is aiming for a seventh consecutive “million-seller” with its new mini-album “RICH MAN”.
AESPA’s sixth mini-album, “RICH MAN”, will be released on September 5 at 1 PM KST on various music platforms. As of September 4, pre-orders had already surpassed 1.11 million, signaling a new milestone following its previous hits: 2nd mini-album “GIRLS”, 3rd “MY WORLD“, 4th “DRAMA”, first studio album “ARMAGEDDON”, 5th mini-album “WHIPLASH”, and the single “DIRTY WORK”.
The album features six tracks, including the title song “Rich man”, the catchy “Drift” with its addictive whistle, “Bubble”, which compares someone’s artificial behavior to a bubble, the dreamy R&B track “Count on me“, the upbeat “Angel #48″, and the mid-tempo pop song “To the girls”. Together, these tracks showcase AESPA’s diverse musical style.
The title track “Rich man” is a dance song featuring a gritty electric guitar sound, an addictive topline, and dynamic band-style instrumentation, all complemented by the members’ distinctive vocals. The performance combines concise, catchy choreography with rising intensity toward the finale, delivering powerful energy.
The music video, released simultaneously on the SMTOWN YouTube channel and other platforms, portrays AESPA’s “Rich man” as an assertive figure who moves to its own rhythm even in the toughest moments. This concept is visualized through thrilling car chases and rugby match sequences, creating striking visuals.
Additionally, AESPA will perform “Rich man” live for the first time on KBS 2TV’s Music Bank on September 5.
