As fall arrives, ENHYPEN “Brought the heat back” in Paris!
As part of its “ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘WALK THE LINE’“, ENHYPEN stopped at the Accor Arena on September 3rd, marking the end of its first-ever European tour. Invited by AEG France, Dawbell, and BELIFT LAB, KSTATION TV had the honor of attending this highly anticipated concert.
As soon as we entered the venue, we could feel the intense energy of the ENGENEs (fandom name), who raised the temperature by singing and dancing before the concert began. This intense energy could be heard from the dressing rooms, according to the members. At 7:30 p.m., ENHYPEN (JUNGWON, HEESEUNG, JAY, JAKE, SUNGHOON, SUNOO, NI-KI) made its entrance, to the cheers of the 20,000 ENGENEs present at the Accor Arena. The concert began with “Brought the heat back” and “Fever“, instantly raising the temperature.
Indeed, for its first solo concert in Paris, ENHYPEN went all out to offer fans an unforgettable experience. The scenography, pyrotechnic effects, and costumes immediately immersed us in the group’s fantastical universe. The members also took the time to chat with the ENGENEs. Before continuing with “Paradoxxx invasion” and “Future perfect (pass the mic)“, they exchanged a few words in French, including JAY, who revealed he had taken lessons especially for the occasion before inviting fans to sing a cappella the chorus of “Bad desire (with or without you)“, creating a unique moment of complicity, punctuated by traditional French chants and the audience’s footsteps.

After an iconic performance of their debut track “Given-taken“, the members showcased the sub-unit universes of the album “DARK MOON SPECIAL ALBUM <MEMORABILIA>” JAY, JAKE, and SUNGHOON presented an icy atmosphere that contrasted with the warmth of their vocals on “Lucifer“, while JUNGWON, HEESEUNG, SUNOO, and NI-KI performed “Teeth” in a fiery, urban atmosphere, recalling the insatiable thirst they explore in this track.
Back with full energy, ENHYPEN‘s members came back with “Blessed-cursed” still full of energy. Of particular note, JAY‘s guitar solo instantly escalated the tension before being joined by the other members for an electric performance. Then, the atmosphere shifted to a deeper, more lyrical one with “Fatal trouble” and “Bite me“, which ignited the stadium with a sensual performances and the inexhaustible energy of the fans, who continued to sing along with the group.
Even though ENHYPEN‘s world is dark and enigmatic, the members also showed a more charming and refreshing side with “Your eyes only“, “Loose“, which was highly anticipated by fans, and “Scream“. But while one might think the atmosphere had reached its peak, ENHYPEN‘s members proved they hadn’t tipped all their cards yet. The performance of “Tamed-dashed” made the arena floor tremble with the fans jumping and chanting, before “Sweet venom” and “Go big or Go home” completely turned the venue upside down, making this concert a true celebration between ENHYPEN and ENGENEs.
As the end of the concert quickly approached, ENHYPEN took advantage of the final moments to deliver a remarkable performance of “Moonstruck“, before warmly thanking the fans for their patience and unwavering support. The members then returned to the stage one last time to present a final tableau reminiscent of an idyllic garden. The performance of “XO (only if you say yes)” particularly impressed us, thanks to HEESEUNG‘s piano solo intro, as well as the many emotions conveyed by the members. This performance gave way to “No doubt” and “Bad desire (with or without you)” to conclude the evening.
But ENHYPEN wasn’t ready to leave the French fans just yet. After discovering the fans’ messages projected on the Accor Arena screens, the members returned for a festive encore. Four songs set the stage alight one last time: “Karma“, “Paranormal“, and an EDM remix of “Drunk-dazed” and “Go big or go home.” The arena transforms once again into a real party where ENHYPEN and the ENGENEs dance, jump and sing in unison, ending the evening in an explosion of energy and complicity.
“Before we went on stage, we were talking, but we could hear you all the way to the dressing room. Before the concert started, I could already feel your energy, but it has tripled since then. “Seeing so many fans reminds me of the day we chose the fandom name. Before, when I typed in the fandom name, it showed cars, and now it’s ENHYPEN. In that moment, I realized how much we’ve done together over the past five years. Even if you were called “mosquito”, I’d love you. Such a simple word has become so powerful and has special meaning for our career. You are incredible. “I can’t believe this is the last day. Since it was our first European tour, I had so much expectation and joy. We were always so surprised by your explosive energy and recharged ourselves every night by your side. This tour will remain a wonderful memory for a very long time. “Even before starting the tour, I started learning French. And I realize I should have learned more quickly, but I’m grateful for this opportunity to practice with you.” In French: “I’m very happy to be in Paris. To conclude, we’ll remember from this concert is the inexhaustible energy of the members of ENHYPEN and ENGENEs, as well as their immense joy at finally being reunited in Paris. With their vocal talents and exceptional performances, the members delivered an unforgettable show that marked the start of the new season. We’ll also remember the special attention paid to the scenography. It immersed us directly in the group’s fantastic atmosphere and completely transformed the Accor Arena into ENHYPEN’s image. The group delivered a concert that lived up to the fans’ expectations and their reputation, making us already want to see them again as soon as possible!
Finally, after wrapping up its European tour, ENHYPEN will continue its tour at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore from October 3rd to 5th.
