DAESUNG
Singer DAESUNG beautifully concluded his very first Asian tour.
On September 20, he held his final concert in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, marking the end of the “DAESUNG 2025 ASIA TOUR: D’s WAVE”.
The tour, which began on April 26–27 in Seoul, traveled through 11 cities with 14 performances: Ho Chi Minh City, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Hong Kong, Kobe, Singapore, Sydney, Macau, Yokohama, and Kaohsiung. The opening concerts in Seoul sold out immediately after tickets went on sale, confirming the artist’s immense popularity.
He opened the show with his new track “Universe,” before lighting up the stage with “Last girl (with Han Yo-han),” “Jump,” and “Umbrella (Bonus Track).” DAESUNG then performed BIGBANG hits such as “Monster,” “Fantastic baby,” and “Bang bang bang,” offering a rich and varied setlist that delighted fans.
Through his agency R&D Company (The Label), DAESUNG shared:
“Thanks to you, dear fans, I was able to finish this tour with immense happiness. My very first solo album, my first solo concert named after the album, and this tour… none of it would have been possible without you.”
He added:
“Since it was my first experience, I was both excited and very nervous. But in every city we visited, your passionate support allowed me to enjoy every moment on stage. Even if we don’t speak the same language, I felt this unity when you sang along with me and created our own cheering chants.”
He continued addressing his fans:
“Thank you for accompanying me until the end. I hope we can continue filling our memory book together, not just this time but also in the future.”
Recently, during his special radio program celebrating his 19th career anniversary, “대성방가”, he hinted at the possibility of encore performances, increasing fans’ anticipation. As he prepares to mark 19 years in the industry and begin a new chapter, all eyes around the world remain on DAESUNG.
