KANG SEUNG YOON, a member of WINNER, will make his comeback on November 3 with his second solo studio album.
YG ENTERTAINMENT announced on October 13 through WINNER’s official social media accounts the release of the poster titled “KANG SEUNG YOON – 2ND FULL ALBUM [PAGE 2] RELEASE POSTER”. Set against a dreamy blue-toned background with blurred overlapping lines, the image creates a mysterious atmosphere, signaling the artist’s long-awaited return.
Along with the poster, the title of the album was revealed: “PAGE 2”, the direct sequel to his first full-length album “PAGE”, released in March 2021. This new release marks KANG SEUNG YOON’s solo comeback after approximately four years and seven months, sparking curiosity about the evolution of his now more mature and introspective musical world.
According to YG ENTERTAINMENT, “PAGE 2” is an album in which KANG SEUNG YOON took part in writing and composing every track, infusing each one with his personal voice and story. The agency commented, ““PAGE 2” is a sincere album that delves into the inner world of KANG SEUNG YOON. Listeners will experience a broader musical spectrum and a deeper emotional sensitivity.”
Since his debut with WINNER in 2014, KANG SEUNG YOON has been involved in creating numerous hits such as “Really really”, “Love me love me”, and “Everyday”, proving his outstanding skills as a producer. His first solo album “PAGE”, released in 2021, made a strong impression with its title track “Iyah”, blending emotion and power, and solidifying his position as a well-rounded artist.
Pre-orders for his second studio album began on October 13 at 11 a.m. KST. Three versions are available: INTRO ver., OUTRO ver., and BEHIND ver. The first two include a 96-page photobook filled with exclusive photos, while the BEHIND ver. contains a 44-page booklet. The album also comes with various collectible items such as postcards, selfie photocards, a phototicket, and an “Infinity” card.
