The group NEWBEAT has stirred excitement around its comeback by revealing the title of its new album and an entirely new character.
NEWBEAT unveiled on October 16th through its official social media the logo for its first mini-album “LOUDER THAN EVER”.
Prior to this, the group had already sparked fans’ curiosity by releasing images and an animated video of their new character. The character takes the form of a cat with pink fur dotted with turquoise spots, bright eyes, small horns on its head, a tail with metal spikes, and sharp claws, radiating a powerful aura.
A particularly notable detail is the necklace worn by the creature, featuring the initials “NBT,” hinting at a conceptual universe unique to NEWBEAT. Fans are now curious about the musical and visual concept the group will reveal around this new symbol.
Even before its official debut, NEWBEAT gained attention through a busking tour in Korea and abroad, building an international fanbase. The seven talented members surprised by debuting directly with a studio album, a rare move for a new group, and by holding both a debut show on Mnet and a fan showcase on SBS, marking a spectacular launch.
Since then, NEWBEAT has participated in major festivals such as “2025 LOVESOME FESTIVAL”, “SEOUL SPRING FESTA: SEOUL WONDER SHOW”, “KCON JAPAN 2025”, “KCON LA 2025”, “MyK FESTA”, “2025 K-WORLD DREAM AWARDS”, “ATA FESTIVAL 2025”, as well as the F1 festival “Peaches Run Universe 2025”, consolidating its position as a “super rookie of the 5th generation.”
The first mini-album of NEWBEAT, “LOUDER THAN EVER”, will be released on November 6th at noon KST.
