The group TWICE celebrated its 10th anniversary with its fans.
JYP ENTERTAINMENT announced on October 20 that the commemorative 10th anniversary fanmeeting of TWICE, titled “10VE UNIVERSE”, was successfully held on October 18 at Hwajeong Gymnasium, Korea University, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.
During the event, TWICE took the stage with the song “Twice song”, whose playful lyrics introducing each member were enthusiastically received by fans. The group then performed its iconic tracks, including “Talk that talk”, “This is for”, “Strategy”, “Ooh-Ahh하게”, “Signal”, and “Knock Knock”, retracing the musical history of the group.
In addition to the stage performances, TWICE recreated Mnet’s program “Sixteen,” which documented the group’s formation in 2015, opened a 10-year-old time capsule, and offered various variety activities to thank the fandom ONCE for their loyalty.
The group emotionally stated: “Thank you for cherishing these 10 years. Let’s create more beautiful memories together. Today, we realized how many memories we have to share. Thank you for supporting us these 10 years and let’s stay together in the future.”
Furthermore, TWICE continues its success, recently reaching a career peak on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States.
