In August, the group CORTIS made a spectacular entrance at the Tokyo Dome.
CORTIS (Martin, James, Jhoon, Seonghyeon, Keonho) performed on November 3 at the Tokyo Dome during “Music Expo Live 2025”. Only three days after their debut, they had been invited to this event featuring major Kpop groups such as TOMORROW X TOGETHER, ENHYPEN, as well as many popular local artists, attracting significant media attention.
The members performed four consecutive songs: “What you want”, “Fashion”, “Go!”, and “Joyride”, generating strong excitement through their impactful performances and flawless singing. The cheers and encouragement from the audience highlighted their popularity.
The five members moved freely between the main stage and the extended stage, showing an even brighter presence in this large venue. Their stage mastery, worthy of experienced artists, captivated the Japanese audience.
After successfully leading promotional activities for its debut album in Korea, CORTIS continues its activities in the United States and Japan. On November 3, they performed “Fashion” on the Japanese music program “CDTV Live! Live!” and will appear on November 7 on Nihon TV “Buzz Rhythm 02”.
Interest from Japanese media is also intense. Fuji TV TWO aired a special report on the behind-the-scenes of “CORTIS The 1st EP [COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES] RELEASE PARTY”, held in Korea on September 8, coinciding with their visit to Japan. They also appeared on several FM radio stations, including J-WAVE.
Furthermore, according to the latest ranking published by the American media Billboard (dated November 8), CORTIS’s debut album “COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES” remains at 3rd place on the World Albums chart for its 8th consecutive week. The album also ranks 40th on the Top Album Sales and 31st on the Top Current Album Sales in the United States, confirming its lasting success.
