The members DOKYEOM and SEUNGKWAN of SEVENTEEN will form a new sub-unit.
On November 6, a source from PLEDIS ENTERTAINMENT stated: “DOKYEOM and SEUNGKWAN of SEVENTEEN are currently working on a unit album, aiming for a release next January.“
As the main vocalists of the group, DOKYEOM and SEUNGKWAN are generating high expectations for the synergy they will showcase in this vocal unit. SEVENTEEN has previously carried out various unit projects, including BOOSEOKSOON, JEONGHAN x WONWOO, HOSHI x WOOZI, and S.COUPS x MINGYU.
Currently, SEVENTEEN has members serving in the military, starting with JEONGHAN, who began his service as a public service worker last year. WONWOO has also been serving in the same role since April, while WOOZI and HOSHI joined the army in September.
Meanwhile, the remaining nine members of SEVENTEEN, who are not in military service, continue their world tour.
