MIN HEE JIN
Former director of ADOR, MIN HEE JIN, expressed her support for the decision of the NEWJEANS members to return.

On the 13th, MIN HEE JIN shared her position through certain media outlets. She stated: “The decision made yesterday by the members to come back together is undoubtedly the result of deep reflection and many discussions. I respect and support this choice.”
She added:
“Despite the difficulties, I consider the courage of the members who have joined hands again to protect each other as precious. I can start over elsewhere, no matter where. However, I believe that, under any circumstances, NEWJEANS must be preserved in its entirety as a five-member group. I hope the members become stronger, that they become a better version of NEWJEANS, and above all, that all five are happy.”
She also stated: “I first thank the fans who have continued to protect NEWJEANS even in difficult times. Please warmly welcome the members returning after overcoming these challenges,” adding: “As for me, I will continue to follow and support NEWJEANS’s music and growth to the very end.”
The lawsuit between MIN HEE JIN and HYBE continues. She explained: “With several legal proceedings happening in parallel, a difficult period has extended for all of us. The lawsuit between HYBE and me has no connection to NEWJEANS. I am facing it as best as I can as an individual, and I hope the truth will be revealed. I ask that you continue to support us.”
On November 12, the members of NEWJEANS, involved in a dispute over their exclusive contract with ADOR, announced their return. HAERIN and HYEIN expressed their position through ADOR, while MINJI, HANNI, and DANIELLE stated separately that they had not received a response from the agency. Regarding this, ADOR indicated it was “verifying the intentions of the three members,” thus expressing a cautious stance.
